TTC Release

I released a new major version of TTC (Textual Type Classes) this afternoon, which includes the TTC parse error helper functions.

This relatively small change entails a major version bump, but I decided to go ahead and release now because I am using the new functions in a project and do not have any other major TTC changes planned.
