GHC 9.6.1-alpha1

GHC 9.6.1-alpha1 has been released! I updated the docker-ghc image for easy testing.

I am really excited about the new features in the GHC 9.6 series. If you would like to try out the support for delimited continuations, check out Li-yao Xia’s awesome blog entry From delimited continuations to algebraic effects in Haskell. This release also features code generation backends for both JavaScript and WebAssembly!
