GHC 9.14.1-rc3

GHC 9.14.1-rc3 has been released! I updated the docker-ghc image for easy testing.

Please note that I have decided to stop posting entries like this to my blog. I started it when the project was new, and I have continued for the sake of consistency. I do not really like them, however, now that I have little time to write actual content.

To be clear, I will continue to maintain docker-ghc, and I am just stopping these blog entries that announce updates.
